The only issue is that its mopping pads are fiddly to attach and didn't stay in place during our tests. It also isn't equipped to deal with dried-on dirt that makes it more of a vacuum cleaner than a full-fledged mop.
It's still a great choice for those who prefer a hands-free experience and want to clean low-pile or plain carpets equally. It has a decent amount of suction, which allowed it to clean fine dust and pet hair from carpets. Automatic recognition of carpets is a fantastic feature since it boosts the power of vacuuming to better tackle embedded dirt. It's also simple to use and has a handy charging dock that automatically empties the dust bin when it's filled, which is a great benefit for flat dwellers.
